By creating an account or using Discaddie (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Discaddie. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create accounts for others without their permission, impersonate any person, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
All practice data, disc bag contents, and caddie plans you create belong to you. By using the Service you grant Discaddie a limited licence to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the Service.

During early access, registration requires a valid invite code. Invite codes are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or publicly shared without permission. We reserve the right to deactivate codes or accounts that abuse this system.
Discaddie is provided as-is. As a hobby project in early development, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
In short: this is an early-stage app built with care, but we cannot guarantee uptime or that features won't change.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
To the fullest extent permitted by Danish and EU law, Alexander Lund shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
